Contributionsš¬
Dr. Shi proposed a series of strategies for reconstructing bone defects with both natural structure and healthy biofunction restoration. These include a user-friendly bioink for in-situ bioprinting, a versatile Janus Microsphere Delivery System for complex defect morphology, and a hierarchical 3D graft for craniofacial bone with special chewing function. These innovations were designed for various types of bone defects in clinical scenarios, providing novel insights into function-oriented biomaterials in regenerative and personalized medicine.
