Research Experience 🔍

Research Project 1: Chemical Constituents and Bioactivity of Portulaca oleracea L. 🌿In this study, 40 compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol-water extracts of Portulaca oleracea L. using various chromatographic methods (silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, MCI, etc.). The chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated through analysis with 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HMBC, HSQC, HR-ESI-MS data, and physicochemical measurements. Notably, compounds 1-4 were novel, and several compounds were isolated from Portulaca for the first time. Compounds 1, 10-11, 21-22 showed moderate cytotoxicity against six human cancer cell lines, while compounds 7 and 8 exhibited strong antioxidant activities.

🔬 Research Interests

I am deeply passionate about designing and developing wideband-gap oxide semiconductor thin films and semiconductor microelectronic devices. My expertise includes the growth of heterogeneous epitaxial growth of ferroelectric and piezoelectric films, and the characterization and modulation of optoelectronic properties of semiconductor devices. Recently, I have focused on enhancing high-quality epitaxial technology and carrier transport regulation of gallium oxide (Ga2O3) and other wide-band semiconductor thin films, aiming to advance high-performance photodetectors and power devices.
