Dr. Mostafa Said Yousef Khalil, a Ph.D. student and Assistant Lecturer at the Building Materials Research and Quality Control Institute, HBRC, Egypt, has a robust background in engineering. Graduating from Ain Shams University in 2011, he served as a Roadway Projects Manager Engineer at HBRC from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, he earned his M.Sc. in Geotechnical Engineering. Since April 2019, he has been an Assistant Lecturer at HBRC.
