Arash Kiyoumarsi, born on September 11, 1972, in Shahr-e-Kord, Iran, is a distinguished electrical engineer and academic. He earned his B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Petroleum University of Technology (1995), M.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering (1998), and Ph.D. in Electrical Power Engineering (2004), all from Isfahan University of Technology. As an assistant professor at the University of Isfahan since 2005, he became an associate professor in 2012 and won the Best Teachers’ Award in 2013. Kiyoumarsi’s research focuses on electrical machines and photonics. He has held visiting professorships at leading institutions in Germany and Canada and has designed various advanced electrical machines.

Arash Kiyoumarsi was born in Shahr-e-Kord, Iran, on September 11, 1972. He embarked on his academic journey at the Petroleum University of Technology (PUT), Ahwaz, where he earned his B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering with the second-best rank in 1995. Continuing his education, he pursued a M.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering at Isfahan University of Technology (IUT), Isfahan, and again achieved the second-best rank in 1998. He completed his academic excellence with a Ph.D. in Electrical Power Engineering from IUT in 2004, securing the second-best rank in his class. 📚🏅
