The chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated through analysis with 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HMBC, HSQC, HR-ESI-MS data, and physicochemical measurements. Notably, compounds 1-4 were novel, and several compounds were isolated from Portulaca for the first time. Compounds 1, 10-11, 21-22 showed moderate cytotoxicity against six human cancer cell lines, while compounds 7 and 8 exhibited strong antioxidant activities.
