Proficiency in various chromatography techniques (HPLC/HPLC-MS/GC/GC-MS)Mastery in chemical structure analysis of small molecules using NMR spectroscopy (1H-NMR/13C-NMR/HMBC/HSQC/NOESY/ROESY)Expertise in molecular docking simulation and homologous protein modeling (MVD/Autodock/PyMOL/DS/Sybyl/EasyModeller)Excellent skills in research office software (Office, Origin, Graphpad Prism, SigmaPlot, SPSS)

Research Experience 🔍

Research Project 1: Chemical Constituents and Bioactivity of Portulaca oleracea L. 🌿In this study, 40 compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol-water extracts of Portulaca oleracea L. using various chromatographic methods (silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, MCI, etc.). The chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated through analysis with 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HMBC, HSQC, HR-ESI-MS data, and physicochemical measurements. Notably, compounds 1-4 were novel, and several compounds were isolated from Portulaca for the first time. Compounds 1, 10-11, 21-22 showed moderate cytotoxicity against six human cancer cell lines, while compounds 7 and 8 exhibited strong antioxidant activities.
